These terms apply to purchases from ATENE Home Studio. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

ATENE Home Studio is an independent UK home-fragrance business. Contact: atenehomestudio@mail.com. Business address: 112 Military Road, Colchester, CO1 2AR, United Kingdom. ATENE Home Studio is not currently VAT registered.

Products and prices

We prepare product photographs and descriptions carefully. Handmade fragrance pieces can show small variations in colour, shape or finish. These variations are part of their handmade character and do not affect your statutory rights. Selected burners and accessories are sourced rather than handmade by ATENE Home Studio.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The complete order total, including delivery, is shown before payment. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error and will contact you before fulfilling an affected order.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received the order; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. If stock is unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we may cancel it and issue a refund.

Payments are processed securely through the payment options shown at Shopify checkout. ATENE Home Studio does not store full card details.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom and normally prepare orders for dispatch within 1–3 working days. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery charges and local collection. Our Return and Refund Policy explains change-of-mind cancellations, returns, faulty goods and refunds.

Safe use

Always read and follow the product label and any burner or appliance manufacturer instructions. Keep fragrance products away from children and pets, protect surfaces from spills and never leave a flame unattended.
