Shipping policy

ATENE Home Studio currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days. Standard UK delivery costs £5. Delivery is complimentary when the order value is over £40. Parcels are sent using Royal Mail or Evri, depending on their size and destination.

Delivery time starts after dispatch and carrier estimates are not guaranteed. We will email you when your order is on its way. During busy or seasonal periods, preparation may take a little longer; if a material delay affects your order, we will contact you.

Please check the delivery address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact atenehomestudio@mail.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Free local collection

Free local collection is available in Colchester. We will send collection instructions after your order is prepared. Please wait for confirmation before travelling.
