Refund policy

We hope you love your ATENE Home Studio order. If you change your mind, tell us within 14 days after the day you receive your order by emailing atenehomestudio@mail.com. After telling us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Please include your order number and return the product with its original packaging. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop, but we may reduce a refund if handling beyond that has reduced its value. Do not use or melt fragrance products that you intend to return.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage and for returning the parcel safely. Send approved returns to ATENE Home Studio, 112 Military Road, Colchester, CO1 2AR, United Kingdom. Please obtain proof of postage.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, we will refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. Any extra cost for an enhanced delivery option is not refundable. Refunds are made to the original payment method after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back, within the timescale required by law.

If an order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange the appropriate replacement, repair or refund and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
