How quickly will my order be sent?
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
Are ATENE products handmade?
Our wax fragrance pieces are poured and finished by hand in small batches in the United Kingdom. Small variations are part of their handmade character.
Can I collect my order locally?
Please contact the studio before ordering if you would like to ask about local collection in Colchester. Collection must be confirmed before travelling.
Are the products suitable for gifting?
Yes. ATENE pieces are carefully presented and many collections are designed with gifting in mind. Product pages show exactly what is included.
Where can I find safety information?
Product-specific ingredients, allergen information and safety guidance are shown on each product page. Please read them before use and keep wax products away from children and pets.
